Ray de
Bono
Group CEO Ray de Bono holds an
honours degree in Communications from the
University of Malta, and has over 14 years
experience in art direction.
To date, he has founded 4 companies: Effects
Marketing Consultants Ltd, Datatrak Multimedia
Ltd, Dmax & Associates Ltd and Dmax
Studios UK Ltd. Along with Ray’s expertise
and loyal clients, Dmax has become today’s

leading
player in its field in Malta, the UK and Germany.
The company is responsible for campaigns and
branding for the likes of Microsoft, AON and
CTO. In 2007, Ray set up his first company
in the UK. With offices in Lancashire Dmax
is gradually penetrating into the UK market
and has also set up satellite operations in
Belgium and Germany.

Uwe Schoenfeld
Group Strategy
IT Development Director
(In charge of 10 developers and
Outsourcing Dept.) Born in Germany
in 1963, Uwe Schoenfeld graduated in economics
at the University of Berlin. He has been
personally involved in the running of a
number of international firms, mainly in
the financial and equity sectors in Germany
and the UK. Uwe was |
|
involved in different
corporate transactions including Management
Buyouts, consultancy and development involving
ERP systems (such as BaaN and SAP) which served
various clients including Siemens, Gillette
and Lufthansa, among others. In 2006, he joined
Dmax™ as a director and, subsequently,
as a shareholder.

Alfred
Mifsud
Company Secretary (Malta) Alfred
has worked with some of the top players
in the hospitality industry ranging from
Maritim Hotelgessellschaft GMBH, Accor SA;
and Corinthia Hotels International VHI Ltd.
He was mainly concerned with financial control,
and general management. A strong believer
in lifelong learning, he pursues with his
research, his main focus resting on

|
strategy, innovation
and the local tourism industry.
Alfred is a CPA warrant holder and a fellow
of the Malta Institute of Accountants. He
received his MBA from Henley Management
College, and earlier this year, was conferred
with an MPhil from the Maastricht School
of Management.

Natalia Pundieva
Client Service Executive Natalia has more than 10 years of extensive experience in marketing communications and conceptual brand development in diverse markets, particularly CIS countries. Her key strengths include strong client service skills based on a customer centric approach, project management and strategic planning.

As part of Dmax team in charge of the company’s expanding branding and ICT services, Natalia brings on board a fresh new approach in branding, IT solutions and marketing communications development.
Natalia will be responsible for projects planning and coordination within Dmax International team, as well as for customer support services.

Jonathan Galea
Studio Support Executive
Jonathan has been working in
various fields of the multimedia and
printing industry for over 15 years.
He has handled different projects involving layout, design, pre-press
for various newspapers, magazines, academic books as well as web
related projects.

|
Jonathan is also very
enthusiastic about new web technologies that are evolving such as e-mail marketing. He is well trained and experienced with Dmax Epaper e-mail marketing system.
Apart from graphic and web-design, in his free time Jonathan is a bass player and plays with various local bands in Malta.

Sasha
Vella
Senior Designer (Belgium) Sasha
Vella has been working in various fields
of the graphic design and printing industry
for over 15 years now, working for various
leading advertising companies on the island.
She has handled different projects including
photo shoots which involves direction and
styling, layout and design of various magazines
and company profiles.
|
|
Midway through
her career, Sasha was a freelance designer
for 6 years, handling clients such as The
Westin Dragonara, Greenpeace and others, taking
care of whole campaigns from start to finish.
Currently living in Brussels she is a
Senior Designer with Dmax. She also writes
her own songs and plays in a few bars in
Brussels

Eman Pulis
Associate Consultant - Dmax Studios
Eman graduated with first class honours in 2001
with a Bachelor of Education degree. He holds
a Masters Degree in Creativity and Innovation
as well as a Masters Degree in Diplomatic Studies.
Referred to by friends as the eternal student,
Eman is currently reading for his PhD in Public
Diplomacy. |

Eman represented his
country at the 2003 Small Nations Games, taking
part in the triple jump event. Following a U.S.
student-athlete scholarship at George Mason University,
he became heavily involved in campus life, particularly
the University Sports Club, KSU as well as University
Senate. Eman is also the cofounder of the South
End Core and current honorary president of Mdina Knights
FC.
